AdventureEd is our outdoor learning experience designed for home-educated children aged 7–14 — blending adventure, confidence building, and real-world skills in a natural environment.
We’re evolving AdventureEd into a more flexible format, moving away from fixed multi-week programmes and instead delivering standalone outdoor education sessions.
This allows us to adapt each session to the conditions on the day and deliver the best possible experience for every child.

🌿 What Children Will Experience
Each session draws from the same core AdventureEd themes, including:
- Team building and confidence challenges
- Orienteering and navigation skills
- Bushcraft and survival skills (shelter, fire, nature skills)
- Archery and focus-based activities
- Strategy games and problem solving
- Woodland exploration and creativity
- Leadership and resilience development
Activities are selected and adapted on the day based on:
- Weather and ground conditions
- Group dynamics and confidence levels
- Seasonal opportunities
This keeps sessions safe, engaging, and genuinely child-led.
