But before we close our gates for the very last time, we’re going out with one final night of Halloween madness!
Join us for THE FINAL BOOOOOONIES SCARE TRAIL, a special one-night-only Halloween experience combining our legendary obstacle course AFTER DARK with our spooky woodland trail and maze, complete with live scare actors, eerie sounds and plenty of surprises along the way!
This is your LAST EVER CHANCE to take on the original Boonies obstacle course at Betteshanger Country Park!
WHAT TO EXPECT
💀 THE OBSTACLE COURSE AFTER DARK – Your evening begins at the Boonies reception hut, where you’ll check in and watch our compulsory health and safety briefing video. Once you’ve completed your briefing, you’ll head out in your groups to tackle the Boonies obstacle course in the darkness! The course will be illuminated in certain areas, but much of the experience will take place in low-light conditions, adding a whole new challenge to our obstacles. We strongly encourage everyone to bring their own torch or head torch. And don’t worry – every obstacle is completely optional! You can climb, crawl, scramble and challenge yourself, or simply walk around any obstacle you’d rather not attempt. However, with this being the final opportunity to experience the original Boonies course, we encourage everyone to give it a go!
🎃 THE HAUNTED WOODLAND TRAIL & MAZE – Once you’ve made your way around the obstacle course, you’ll be diverted into our Halloween woodland trail and maze. Follow the route through the dark woodland, where eerie sounds, spooky surprises and our live scare actors will be waiting! Keep your eyes open, stick together and expect the unexpected.
👻 LIVE SCARE ACTORS – Throughout the experience, our scare actors will be lurking in the shadows, ready to give you a fright when you least expect it!
BOOKING TIMES
We have three booking arrival windows available:
- 7PM – 8PM
- 8PM – 9PM
- 9PM – 10PM
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please arrive within your selected one-hour booking window. Your booking window is your allocated arrival and check-in period, not a guaranteed immediate start time. There may be some waiting involved, particularly during busier periods, as groups will be released onto the course at intervals to help maintain a safe and enjoyable experience. Please be patient with our team as we work to give everyone the best possible final Halloween experience.

- Time: 7PM – 10PM (allocated booking windows).
- Lighting: Some areas will be illuminated, but participants should bring a torch or head torch.
- Obstacles: All obstacles are optional and can be bypassed.
- Clothing: Suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear are essential. Expect mud, uneven ground and potentially wet conditions.
- Age suitability: Minimum age is at parental discretion.Parents and guardians should consider whether the experience is suitable for their children, as it includes darkness, live scare actors and jump scares. Children must be appropriately supervised.
- Safety: All participants must check in and complete the safety briefing before starting.
- Waiting times: Please allow for possible queues and staggered group departures.
